Gateway only provides DOA/POA warranty replacements.
Contact the original manufacture for all other warranty and support for products purchased through the Accessory Store.

DOA = Dead on Arrival; POA = Problem on Arrival

DOA Period - Gateway will replace the product if deemed faulty within the above timeframes from the date of purchase.

10 Day Returns - Gateway can only accept returns of products which are in original condition (shrink wrap intact) and within 10 days of purchase.
